Do I need insurance?

No. Sina Medical Direct Primary Care does not bill insurance. Your membership covers all included services. You can also use your Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for membership as of January 1, 2026, if you have a qualifying High Deductible Health Plan.

Can I use my Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for the membership?

Yes. As of January 1, 2026, Direct Primary Care memberships are HSA-eligible under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. At a 24% tax bracket, your $89/month membership costs approximately $67/month after tax savings.

How do same-day appointments work?

Contact Dr. Ali directly by text, call, or the patient portal when you need to be seen. Same-day and next-day appointments are standard — not exceptions. There is no triage team, no phone queue, and no three-week waiting list.

What procedures are included in the membership?

Joint injections, TMJ injections, occipital neuralgia injections, CTS injections, trigger point injections, Pap smears, ear wax removal, EKG, and suture and stitch removal are all included in your membership at no additional charge.

Can I receive care virtually?

Yes. Unlimited telehealth visits are included in your membership for patients anywhere in Illinois — for any primary care reason, at no additional cost.

Do you offer immunizations?

No. Sina Medical Direct Primary Care does not currently offer immunizations. They are available at low cost at local pharmacies, your regional health department, or through supplemental insurance.

What ages do you see?

Sina Medical Direct Primary Care provides primary care for patients age 16 and older across Illinois.
