Direct Primary Care
Did you know? Starting January 1, 2026, many patients can use their Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership fees.
This change comes from the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which now recognizes certain Direct Primary Care arrangements as compatible with HSAs. Eligible patients may be able to use tax-free HSA funds to cover their monthly membership and primary care services.

Important Details
To remain eligible for HSA contributions, Direct Primary Care membership fees generally must not exceed:

Even if a membership exceeds these limits, you may still be able to use existing HSA funds to pay for your care.

Your membership includes unlimited telehealth visits, up to 25 in-person visits per year, 24/7 direct access to Dr. Ali, up to 90% off on labs and imaging tests, and comprehensive care including primary care, weight loss management, urgent care, and chronic disease management — all with no copays, no deductibles, and no hidden fees.
Do I need insurance to join Sina Medical Direct Primary Care?
No, insurance is not required. You can receive care directly through your membership, and insurance can still be used separately for emergencies or specialist services if needed.
